Hey all you supporters of my cake making endeavors!
Rejoice for it is finished and you won't have to hear me talking about it anymore. There was slight deviation from the original plan, but it turned out very well for my first wedding cake! There are some cosmetic blemishes, but it was pretty dark and I don't think anyone saw them but me. The cake really did taste delicious too! It was a dark chocolate cake, valrhona chocolate mousse filling and a swiss meringue buttercream. Yummy!
The bride looked absolutely beautiful and her day couldn't have been more perfect! Even the weather cooperated on Saturday. Here are a few photos of the day. Enjoy!
